These License Terms explain what you can and cannot do with products purchased from CSCODETECH. Each product may include additional notes on its product page or documentation, and those notes also apply.
What You Receive
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered source code, assets, documentation, and related files according to the license tier you selected at checkout.
Regular License
- Use the product for one end project, website, app, client project, or business deployment.
- Modify, rebrand, and customize the source code for that end project.
- Use the product for a personal, internal, or client project where the source code itself is not resold or redistributed.
- Receive included support and updates according to the product page terms.
Extended License
- Use the product for a larger commercial deployment, SaaS model, subscription platform, marketplace, paid service, or revenue-generating product where allowed by the product page.
- Deploy for the permitted number of domains, apps, or end products shown at checkout.
- Customize the product for your brand or your client brand.
Restrictions
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, leak, sublicense, or give away the original source code package.
- You may not upload the package to public repositories, file-sharing platforms, nulled script sites, or marketplaces.
- You may not claim authorship of the original product or sell it as a competing template/source-code product.
- You may not bypass license checks, remove copyright notes where prohibited, or use the product for unlawful activity.
- You may not use one license for multiple unrelated clients, domains, or businesses unless your selected license tier allows it.
Third-Party Services
Products may integrate with third-party tools such as payment gateways, maps, SMS, email, analytics, push notifications, hosting, app stores, or cloud APIs. You are responsible for creating accounts, paying provider fees, and following those providers' terms.
Support and Updates
Support covers reasonable product questions, bug guidance, and setup direction for the supported period. It does not include custom development, feature changes, hosting management, app store approval, third-party account setup, or business operations unless purchased separately as a service add-on.
License Verification
CSCODETECH may verify license keys, domains, download activity, and purchase records to prevent misuse. Suspicious, abusive, refunded, or chargeback orders may have downloads, support, and license access restricted.
